Access to financial services is a critical component to solving some of the world’s most persistent problems such as poverty and inequality. Yet, 1.7 billion people in this world do not have access to formal financial services. Financial inclusion is even lower for women and people living in rural areas.

BRAC is founded on the conviction that gender equality is a prerequisite for the realisation of its vision of a world free of all forms of exploitation and discrimination. Women’s economic empowerment is central to improving their status in society, realising their rights, and achieving gender equality.

We worked with great responsibility & a real commitment to its mission of empowering people living in poverty.
